On Taxes & Shipping ...
Our shipping options are outlined below, select applicable shipping option at checkout. Shipping charges (except for the first two options below) will be the exact amount charged by the courier (FedEx or USPS) for the method you select at checkout and is based on the weight, size and destination of the package. To estimate the cost of shipping and delivery times for the courier of your choice please visit USPS.com or FedEx.com. All shipping options listed below provides the customer with a tracking number at the time an order is shipped. Customers can track their orders through their chosen shipping courier's website 24 hours per day.

Your order will only take more than one to three business days before being shipped if we are in the process of restocking one or more items on your order. On Returns ...
A. A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY RETURNS. Please contact a HotGyal.com customer service representative to obtain a RMA number, which must be placed on the outside and inside of your returned product package, for adequate identification. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise that complies with our full return policy will be replaced in kind.

B. RESTRICTIONS. Merchandise returns must be: 1) received by HotGyal.com within 30 days after delivery; 2) have a valid RMA#, 3) All items must be their original condition (not opened or used), must not be damaged by customer, or show signs of wear, is soiled, or is missing parts.

C. ORIGINAL INVOICE. A copy of the original printed or email invoice, with a description of the problem must accompany all returns.

D. RMA# DURATION. The customer's RMA# is valid for 15 calendar days from the date issued. If goods are not received within 15 days of issuing the RMA#, the RMA number will be cancelled. Any goods shipped as advance replacement will be billed at the same rate as the original purchase, plus freight charges.

E. REFUND POLICY. HotGyal.com maintains a 7-day refund policy. Customer may return goods for a refund if HotGyal.com is notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Restocking fee, explained below, may apply.

F. RESTOCKING FEE. A 30% restocking fee plus freight to and from HotGyal.com will be assessed in the event of the following circumstances: 1) In cases not involving a HotGyal.com error; 2) HotGyal.com is not given the opportunity to replace goods in a timely manner; 3) merchandise is being returned simply because customer does not want it anymore.

G. FREIGHT CHARGES. In the event of a replacement, HotGyal.com will pay FEDEX Ground or USPS equivalent freight charges to customer, and the customer will pay for the return of the defective product. In the event of an error by HotGyal.com, a store credit will be applied to your account to cover returned shipping costs to HotGyal.com. Store credit can be used towards future purchases.

H. PAYMENT POLICY. Customer's account must be current at the time of RMA # issuance. In the case of a past due account, replacement will be held until customer's account is brought up-to-date.

I. SPECIAL ORDERS such as SURPLUS CLOSE-OUTS and AUCTIONS cannot be returned for any reason.

J. DAMAGED GOODS. HotGyal.com is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment, and to note any obvious damage with the courier. In the event of damaged goods, the customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a damage claim.

Shopping Cart Issues ...
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be generated describing the goods ordered, this confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.

Problems Adding to Cart? Cookies must be enabled within browser settings. Lowering the security settings may also help. AOL users may need to turn on cookies as some browser versions are set to off by default. High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not. Norton / Symantec Personal Firewall users may have HTTP Referers turned off. Norton Internet Security when set to not report HTTP Referers is a so called "privacy" issue for a user. For the website owner it's a "security" issue if they don't report the referer, almost a catch-22. Just turn referers on by:
